It’s spring cleaning time and what better way to celebrate Earth Day (or month in this case), and model great behavior for your kids, than participating as a family in the Great American Cleanup!

The Great American Cleanup, engages more than 3 million volunteers and participants, on average, every year to create a positive and lasting impact. This yearly event is a project of Keep America Beautiful and is coordinated in Palm Beach County by Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful and the Solid Waste Authority.

For families living in North Palm Beach County, there are all kinds of options for volunteering including beach cleanups, park cleanups, even neighborhood cleanups. We’ve included those we know of at time of publication but if you see one we missed that still needs volunteers, send us a line at hello@jupiterfamilyfun.com and we’ll add it in.

All of these events are happening this Saturday, April 27, and most do require pre-registration. So take a look and then reach out to sign up!
